I have been a little backed up (TMI i know) and didn't get enough water in. This goes to show how much my weight can swing based on bowel activity. A pound or two up/down is no cause for alarm in my world. All is well.

I've started taking a couple tablespoons of Aloe vera gel each morning - seems to help. I haven't been eating the same as I usually do since I've been working from home. I drink it in warm water with lemon before I eat breakfast.
