Down a little more :-) I'm feeling better today, got a nice run in, feeling body positive and I see myself fitting loose in clothes that used to be so tight.
I know I've probably said this before on my past downward trends, but this time feels different. I have kept going since January, and while I do have some serious cheat days, I realize I am feeling different about food. I can only hope this keeps up.
