Good morning! It's a new day. :-)
Did my 40 jumping jacks for the Jumping Jack Challenge yesterday. Had over 11,000 steps NONE of which were aerobic. grrrr. Planning my next 2 days since I'm on my own with the kiddos. And definitely planning ahead for next Thursday. Hey, Thursday! You will not get the better of me again!!!! :-) We can do this!
