Yesterday was a busy day. I had a contractor coming out at the time I was supposed to be at the thrift store. So, I worked the AM, instead. It turns out the contractor beat me home - he was EARLY! - but it was all good. He got the job done, I had lunch and then I went back to the store to do my usual shift.....that made a double shift for me. With all the walking, bending, lugging, etc. that I typically do there, I considered that my exercise for the day.
Today, I was back to walking and swimming a bit....water's GREAT! The doggies and I are slowly adjusting our schedule to walking earlier in the AM while it's a bit cooler. The dogs adjust quickly, it's me that needs more adjusting time! LOL!

Awwww I envy you swimming and walking with the doggies...its been crappy weather here rain for 30 minutes and then the sun comes out for 10...So glad your contractor gotter done..have a great day...:O)

Issy, it IS a great life.....until it's time to clean the toilets, bundle up the trash, do heavy yaardwork, etc. - LOL!!

Bren, I have to remind myself that our retirement house will probably NOT have a pool...unless it's a kiddie pool...so I'd better get out and enjoy this one while we still live here. Wish you had better weather....I'll see what I can send up your way.
