Happy to have stayed the same weigh this week. I have eaten more than last week averaging 2948 cals/day and exercised less at 15026 daily average steps, I have been feeling a bit down missing my family and friends, I know we are all in the same boat so I will just have to more positive and get on with it. Same weight is better than more weight so as far as I can tell you are still winning. Hang in there, things will get back to normal in no time.
