Surprise by this weeks loss,as my daily average calories was 2713 kcal. However I have exercise more, my daily step up to 17393, just walked my dog Boris more, as I have had nothing better to do. Happy I am still under my goal weight but I don’t want to lose any more ,finding it hard to get the balance right which I always have . Take care and stay healthy.
