Great job!!! Who hoo! Stick with it! I made the mistake of 'celebrating' after my 10 pound loss - I basically ate horrible all week and ended up gaining 2 pounds .. harder to get back on track than to just stay on track.

Thanks, ladies. :-) Not having too much trouble sticking with it -- whenever I have a craving, I try to distract myself with an activity, a cup of green tea, or a stick of gum. And I allow myself a treat once in awhile that won't derail me. Heading out for a walk again soon! Have a great MayDay!
