Ha, I think there is something to be said about sodium causing weight gain (temporary thank God). I ate peperocinis yesterday that have literally 5 calories a serving but higher sodium than I’m used to. Between that and good ole’ constipation I gained over a pound as well! Knowing the cause helps though... This is a constant learning experience it seems. God bless you friend! ❤️😘💛

Yes hot dogs will do that and quickly with me. But once in a great while I will want some.
But you will be better when the salt is flushed out of your system.
