I don’t know how people do all this fasting and OMAD. I would feel sick. Maybe because I’m so active? 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Maybe I should try sitting all day???? Nah. I hate being idle. I’ll move and eat. We are all different that’s for sure. I’m quite happy with how I do it but all these goodies need to disappear or I’m in trouble this week I think. 😝😝😝😝

Did you see all the stuff my girl brought home last night? And more tonight. 😳 I have to deliver some to neighbors but unsure if some will take it now. I get it but I hate throwing food out. Some of it freezes well and I’ve done that before but right now we have no space. We are blessed with abundance. Thank God for that!!
