Everything is going well, no gym and a little job related stress but nothing that would be considered unusual. Finding things to do to stay positive (like not watching the news) and working on a home remodel project. Lots to be grateful for today and that is going to remain my focus. I’m limiting news exposure It helps. Also building stuff, but limiting it to things I have in hand. That’s my emotional therapy as it were.
