There is judgement or sometimes it is simply being uncomfortable with different life styles because they are different from our own. This is a site that usually accepts differences especially in diet plans and exercise which equates to lifestyles. My friends here have helped me face the demons of my past that Uhave helped me be where I am today. I am by
independent, feeling good about myself and confident I can make a good life on my own. I was beaten when I joined this site. I am healthier, lost weight, more confident and loving life at the moment. Sure lots of stresses with the lockdown and working from home changes. Frustrations on a daily basis and huge adjustments to make with the drastic shift in the world right now. I could not be doing this without my FS Friends who helped me get here..
