Sunday is typically my day for recreational eating. I got through it without overeating, not without suffering. I didn't feel physically hungry, but I kept thinking of what I wanted to eat - - a stack of peanut butter toast, a couple hot dogs with mustard. I worked the hot dogs into my meal plan and they were a bit dry and rubbery. I kept thinking how a binge would put me off of the food diary and off of this site altogether. It's like quitting smoking. I don't know if I can gather my resources again to commit to any type of portion control. Or when? It's best to just keep going.
