This weight makes me stop to think a bit. The last time I got on a real healthy kick, this was my starting weight. It didn’t stick and I ended up having to start all over again, 12 lb heavier than when I had started that time.
I’ve already been sticking to it longer this time and for some reason, this time feels different. Much more of a lifestyle and mentality change than a crash diet as I’ve done in the past.
Hitting this weight reminds me the importance of sticking to it. Even if a day goes off track, the next day is a new chance to get back on track. I’ll keep this in mind moving forward because I’m excited to be losing weight and feeling so much better and I want to continue this feeling !
