I'm holding fairly steady (yeah!!) I'd say my diet is mostly good although we have a lot of dangerous goods at social events (like Becky's hot out of the oven double chocolate cookies.. but I think I only ate 2 over 7 hours :D and few chips.

But left to my own devices I've been keeping the veggies high and getting my servings of low fat dairy.

Exercise is still not what it should be, but I'm at least getting a little something in here and there. And during the day, I'm moving about a fair bit - I'm trying to get back on track for mandatory daily situps and pushups at the minimum.

My space in the apartment I share is about the size of a nice walk in closet and my roomates go to bed early... so although I have downstairs to myself- they can hear it if I turn music on... although i suppose I could exercise with my walkman on... hmm.
