HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!! My valentine today is obviously, my weigh in. Lol 😂 It’s Friday, and looking forward to an uneventful weekend. I think, possibly dinner out, and jacuzzi is in order. Hope ALL of you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day, and weekend. May ALL your positive dreams come true!

Thank you, sweetheart! Funny, I have been chatting with Moopie about my four workouts kind of knocking back a bit, but I woke up this morning feeling great, like I haven’t felt in awhile. It must be the combination of great diet, the hard workouts, my cholesterol medicine,and a bit of rest. It’s like WOW.
