Ah, here I am again! For some reason, it is harder to restart than it was the first time around. But, I have allowed my weight to sneak up over this past year (13 pounds), so I want to catch myself before I go any further.

I felt so great too......aarrrgh!

Back to Induction for two weeks; then see how far that takes me. Once I get my blood sugar balanced out and accustomed to ketosis, back to walking 20 miles a week.

By the way, the walking was the key - truly - now that I look back at photos, that is when the weight loss really impacted how I look and felt.
