One pound loss last week.Average daily intake 2100 cals. Would have been a lot better until the weekend arrived. My partner surprised me , she took me out Friday evening for Italian Food and drinks. Saturday late afternoon 2 pals called by and dragged me to the pub for a few beers. Surprised at any loss to be fair!
