Happy SuperBowl Sunday to our FatSecret brethren. Kind of cheated with a bowl of ice cream, and weekends become tougher, than weekdays to stick to fasting. I even ate a dreaded donut 🍩 too. I have a number of salads in the fridge. This being a party 🎉 day could be curtains on this diet today. Have a great day, and enjoy.

I think special occasions, we can take a day off. JUST as long as it's just s day. start fresh tomorrow and don't look back. I have a birthday and an anniversary this month. back to back 25 and 26th. also got valentines day. I believe my hubby knows I will kick him out of the house if he bri gave candy in. The birthday is going to be my day off. Cheesecake.
