2 pounds up since integrating beans and fruit. Need to get that exercise in. I can feel the water. Anyway, still waiting very healthy, clean and in caloric range.

Yes, this was expected. It was probably kind of a shock to your digestive system. It'll adjust. So glad your getting your fiber up! I see that as a victory in itself. Your calories are still looking good! And water can be gotta rid of pretty easily in a pinch. Coffee works for me. Turmeric tea is another goodie...I use it for inflammation, but it should help with any kind of stored water. Cucumbers are your friend. :)
