Sill expelling water from my recent rapid weight gain from meds.Was surprised it was that much since I ate 2 hefty keto meals yesterday and played 2 hours of pickle ball.Still eating 2 intermittent fasting stage , this excess weight needs to go away so I can fit back into clothes, had to hit the local goodwill for six sizes larger, Dr. is Tomorrow, and life goes on and I'm DO N OK, at least for now
