Brilliant! You can reach your dream I was 50kg heavier than you and I got there. If I can do it believe me anyone can. In fact don’t believe me, believe in yourself!! x 👍

Just don’t give up when it gets hard. It does get easier, honest. What I use for inspiration or when I think I’ve had enough, I go and try on some of my old clothes. Man, what a buzz! No food tastes that good! Give it a couple off months then do the same. You not only can do this, you will!!!
