Went out to eat today...for the first time since I have been on FS. RM had a gift certificate to Chili's, not my first choice but at least they have calorie counts on the menu. Had a Caesar salad as an appetizer and sirloin/avocado with asparagus as the entree'. Ordered a diet coke and a water, drank about 4 ounces of the diet coke as it just wasn't something I crave. Diet coke is a no-no food anyway, so I gave the rest to RM. Avocado is a high potassium food, but I would guess that at most it was 1/3 of an avocado. Still within my potassium limit. The menu on FS said it came to 50 calories more than the restaurant menu said...I went with the FS version just be sure. Still came in at about 650 calories.

Rode the bike earlier in the day. Jarred my hip somehow this afternoon and did a lot of stretching but didn't do a couple because the hip was sore. Used the band on most.

Met calorie goal.
Bike for one hour!
Stretching for 30 minutes.
*Lunges -50 rep
*Supine Piriformis Stretch/Hip ER -90 seconds each leg
*Hamstring Stretch with Multiloop Strap -90 seconds each leg
*Bridging -50 rep
*Supine Clamshell with band both legs at same time -50 rep
*Supine Clamshell with band one leg at a time -50 rep
*Monster walk with band -only did 20 seconds as I was sore
*Hip Abduction with band -only did 10 reps as I was sore...so I did
*Hip Abduction without band -20 reps on each leg

Sounds like a good workout, hope the hip is better soon. Glad you had a meal out, it's nice to do that sometimes.

I love chili's. Went there after Christmas shopping. I wanted to get this waffle chicken type meal that I ate prior to counting calories that was - I think - 2300. 😬 so I went with the fajitas instead for much less and they sucked. It was gross texmex flavor or something and about 600 calories. Still thinking about the other meal. May have to fit it in soon. Or at least 1/2 of it. 😉

GREAT JOB on setting yet ANOTHER personal record with your biking! That's three days in a row that you've topped your previous record! You go, girl! Super job on being faithful in your PT. I need to get back to mine. Maybe I'll take some inspiration from you and do at least SOME of it today! Thanks for the boost!
