Yesterday was a strange day...but good. Was at dialysis and then a small party. Had finger foods. I didn't get to get on FS yesterday, but I would estimate that my caloric count for yesterday would be about 2200 to 2400 calories (the most since starting FS).

So….weighing in this morning, I expected a gain. NO! Lost over a pound (what's up with that?) NOT COMPLAINING.

TODAY:
Met calorie goal.
Bike for 32 minutes.
Stretching for 35 minutes.
*Hip abduction with band 50 reps
*Hip extension with band 50 reps
*Lateral walk with band 3 times for 90 seconds each time
*Bridging 50 reps
*Supine clamshell one leg at a time (with band) 50 reps
*Supine clamshell both legs (with band) 50 reps
*Raised lunges 50 reps
I think I'm forgetting something, but that is what I remember.

Played a lot with Binky-puppy and we're cuddling right now as she is finally tired out. Visited with neighbors and gave them Christmas cards.

All in all, a wonderful day.

gomonie, no I am not diabetic. My roomie is though. I probably eat good for a diabetic, though. The only processed food I eat regularly is whole wheat bread, usually with grains in it or something. Maybe one piece of fruit a day, if that. Oh, and coffee creamer (that's bad, I know..but I leave room in my calorie count). Trying to switch to half and half. I'm a protein and veggies type of gal.
