I'm feeling like, normal calm Bruce again. As if I can see 100 miles in all directions, yet also with clarity, the matters of importance near to me.
I had dreams as normal and let that moment of conscious awareness evaporate in peace.

So is fasting.
I find that 3p hr fasting does this for me. I guess that's why it has been practiced in every major religion through out history.
I watched a Dr explain how our body starts healing itself, eating cells that are dead, sick and abnormal. And causes new cell growth. Especially in our brain.
Maybe it could someday lead to a way or cure to altzheimers.

Bruce thank you for compliment, I read your post and think to myself you are a great guy with a similiar outlook to mine and a good sense of humour. I think the problem is that we are not always on line st the same time.
