Today, I see where I weigh the same as yesterday. And, I even forgot to apply my creme this morning which I will have to do once I get back home tonight. I'm not sure if the problem is in my scales or my diet. I can weigh at one time and in a few minutes weigh again and the weight may have changed one or more pounds. For example this morning I was at 223 and then it changed to 222. What to believe?

My sister advised me to drink 20 oz of water in the morning, get my body moving and then shower. Afterwards, get on the scale and I should have lost weight. That didn't work for me. It takes too long for the tea and water to move through my system. By the time that happens, I'm at work. I have no scale and I am not about to strip down to my undees and weigh on our workout room scales, if there is one. I'm not sure there is. So, I have to wait until I get home.

By the time I get home, I can see the swelling in my lower extremities. I drank over 2 liters of water yesterday and nothing! In all honesty, I mistakenly purchased zuchinni and squash and I am using them as my vegetables. It's better than snacking on peanuts!

Although, I am not experiencing the weight loss as some, I can definitely feel the difference in my clothing. I'm losing inches although the scales refuse to budge! :)
