So, I have started to eliminate certain foods and drinks, because fad diets never work for me and I never stick to them. I cut a little bit at a time and take it daily. So far I have cut out soda, bread, red meat, alcohol, pasta and sweets. I have also started drinking matcha green tea instead of coffee in the morning. After starting these changes (and immediately after the matcha) I have lost 3.4 pounds in 3 days. Since I’ve made so many changes I’m not sure what’s doing it, but I’m sure it’s accumulative. I just hope I have the will-power to make this a lifestyle change and not just a current phase.
