Well. It sucks when you Felt out of the wagon because you fall hard. Went from almost under 200 to 230 in about 4 months give it or take. Dealing with anxiety and stress is hard... and eating disorders aren’t helping... However. Today is #2 of intermediate fasting. I think 🤔 if I write everyday, I might make it. I will try to get down on weight to where I was, then go to the doctor about my insulin resistance issue. Meds ran out and my doctor moved out of town so I have to find me a new one. It’s good to know we aren’t alone.
