Up today. I really hope this is water weight or something from running. I knocked out 2 miles yesterday. 1.5 at 5.2 and .5 at 6 on the treadmill. I need to figure out what's going on with my knee.

Today is more of the same foodwise so I am thinking I'll cut out the salad and just stick to chicken, rice, and maybe some steamed veggies.
