I started my diet last week and have lost from 208 to 199. It has been a long time coming. I needed to loose weight for the past 6 years I had cancer and use that as an excuse to eat anything I wanted thinking I am not going to live long, well I am still alive and 50 lbs fatter. I have to take control over my life now. I am not happy with myself and I am going to work on that and be healthy. I am sure I will feel much better if I cut out all those donuts and cookies and ice cream that I eat. I will replace them with a healthy but delicious low cal desert.
