Good Morning ☀️ Did all the isometric exercises the therapist gave me. I'm hitting the tread today but very slow and easy. I'm being reevaluated on the 3rd to see how much more I can do. I'm hoping in a few weeks I can get back to a full regiment. Have a Healthy Day 🙋♀️
