I was up over 5 pounds because I dove into some carbs. Haven't left the carb train yet but still down 3 of the 5. When weight goes up so fast in one day, it can only be water. I figured out how much I would have had to have eaten to gain that much in fat and I don't think I have that many calories in the entire house. LOL

LZ I bet I have that much in my house lol. Mostly meat though. I doubt anyone could eat that many extra calories in a day or week even.
