I weighed myself at the gym on Sunday, thinking that maybe my scale at home isn't accurate. And while my home scale (a digital, talking scale) may not be as good as the one at the gym, it's not that far off. Once again, no weight loss. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm doing something wrong in my workouts, or if my diet needs major improvement. I've started keeping a food diary and counting calories. I've also (finally) got a sponsor at Overeaters Anonymous, and I've begun to work the Steps. I hope these things will help me get started on the right track. It just seems to me like, if my diet hasn't changed, but my exercise has gone up, then I should be losing SOMETHING. But yet...
