I have had a good week so far and feel I am on track. No loss to report as far as my weekly FS weigh in, but I had gone up to 143 all week since my last weigh in and finally went back down to 142.0 this morning. I am feeling my leg muscles getting very hard and my belly tightening back up. I feel a loss coming on for next week. My goal still to hit 138/139 by the end of the month. I want to actually do it this month and not keep bouncing around with these few lbs!
I have been trying to see if I can still lose without counting points and not worrying so much about what I eat, but eating in moderation and very consciously. I also made myself not be allowed to take bites standing up. I have gotten in the habit of taking bites off my kids plates while serving them. I have found myself still doing this a few times, but am really striving to stop myself from this bad habit. So, that is my rule as much as possible- only eat when sitting down and when I can pay attention to my food. I have also been trying to eat as many natural, unprocessed foods as possible, and have been having more protein and veggies and less carbs and sugars.
I started the "Push Week Challenge" for this week that focuses on these things and challenges to get in 4 hours of exercise b/w M-F of this week. Setting those specific goals has been very helpful. I may do it again next week. So far I am at about 2.5 hours total for Monday-Wednesday. 1 1/2 hours has been cardio, and 1 hour has been weights and floor toning.
