Hi there here I am again on YET another diet. Eating is one of my favourite things to do 😋 but I have just come back from holiday and seen the photos. OMG I look like a barrel 🛢 The trouble is I always lose about 10lb but then always put it back on. I'm not going away anywhere until January and need to lose a stone. Christmas is always my downfall so I need to stay strong. Hope my buddies haven't deserted me 👋 Bye for now xx
