I'm in a similar boat. Lost 30kg a few years ago and gained it all back and then some.
For me I'm trying to make changes I know I can keep and lose the weight slowly. Routine helps for me - every morning I have a shake, chicken or tuna with rice and veggies everyday for lunch and then I'm flexible with dinners.
Small changes xx you'll get there.

just break it down into smaller mini goals, don't look at your total to lose, have 5kg as your first mini goal to aim for, then when that's gone look at the next 5kg.
you can do this!

Doing mini goals. I am aiming for 95kg this round. 5kg per goal. Did 10min on the tradmill and 7min on 8fit. Almost died from unfitness hahaha. Hubby said he is joining me so it will really help keep me motivated

i found the easiest way is to straight away cut out all processed food which contain sugar. in 12 mths i lost 20kg doing this. just starting again today. at the supermarket only go to the first aisle fruit and veg and the meat aisle. saves money too

I lost 25kg last year doing keto and then life and baby and stress came along and I put it all back on and then some. I've had enough being fat again and I've lost 5kg since 1st October. I feel like insights like these will help me in the future and not let things get out of control.
