What was for breakfast lunch and supper? Wow

Breakfast: double cream yogurt, carb clever granola, medium banana and 30g pitted dates Lunch: nandos quarter chicken and portuguese salad: Supper: curry with skinless chicken breasts, vegetables, sweet potato. Protein shake at 11 and 15 Apple as snack

Oh and after dinner snack was frozen rasberries with 20g protein shake, just to push me to 1600cals

Too early to dance will see after 10 days

Never too early to dance Mike, it will help you relax, bring the stress hormone down and you will drop some more weight 🙃 well done. I only experience a drop in weight in lowering my calories about the 2nd or 3rd day. I tend to hold on to water first. Then all of a sudden 1.5 -2kgs down. Nice to see hard work being rewarded.
