Reporting from Ottawa at my Mother’s retirement home. I have been Ifing (omitting breakfast snd lunch ) since I got here ... but today they had eggs Benedict so I indulged in breakfast but left most of the buns. It is very interesting and sad the options the people here choose-ie fruit salad with sugared juice for openers. I find my Mom eats the sugar fructose and then has no room for the eggs. She is thin, except for her stomach, so I believe she has become diabetic or at the very least insulin resistant. I so have her eating her bacon now though!
