Ok I know I didnt gain 5.5 overnight. But thats still tough to swallow (harder than the crap I ate last night apparently).
Ill get there. I got my plan for my program I start on Monday and its not super crazy. In fact, Ive been sticking with the calorie guidelines from the last program I did and recently Ive started thinking that maybe I needed to increase my cals. I think thats part of the reason that I fell off hard, I was restricting myself a little too much. So I feel better about my "failures" lately, but I also am excited about having a plan.
Hitting the gym tonight and then taking the crazy ass German Shepard for a walk tonight so that maybe shes not so crazy and will actually let us all sleep tonight.
