Nah, drank 4024ml yesterday, 3988ml the day before and so on. I dont consume less that 3.6 liters a day. Im also spot on macros and my 1900 cals a day, so im not worried, its obviously something happening inside, so busy tiding the wave.

I struggled to finish 1lt a day. what is recommended for a day atleast . 1 lt or 2 lt or 3 lt ? I force the water njalonje. I want to reach a stage of loving it.

@TK search app store or google play for My Water. Then install, the go to settings, put your weight in and it will recommend how much water you need. Also track you daily intake of water on this app. Minimum water for most is 2.5 liters. 1 liter a day will sabotage your weight-loss journey, so fill 3x 750ml water bottles a day in the morning and keep them with you during the day, and ensure they finished by the time you go to bed. The shortfall can be made up of 2 x cups of coffee and also a glass of water before breakfast and Super. Then you on approximately 3 liters. Its not difficult

Different for different people. Search macro calculator on google. Then fill in details and it will give you what you need as well as your recommended cal consumption. Mine are Carbs 40% Fat under 30% Protein 30% +
