OH NO the scales must have had something underneath them because i got back on the scale and it said 180, and i was like this is NOT right, so i made sure they were sitting on firm solid ground and tried it again.... it isn't so great but now 210 that sounds way more reasonable anyway :( Still good news but not the great news i thought (cry) I weighed several times tho and it is always coming back at 210 now :( and :)

Scales usually has to calibrated . You step on them and the off. Discount that number and then begin again
