Mom weighed in at 173. Made that my new overall goal weight. I hope to really encourage and inspire my 82 year old Mom. This is the heaviest I’ve seen her. Been with her 2 Months. She no longer uses walker. Did not weigh her until recently so I believe she was even heavier. I pray God gives me the strength and resolve and I thank you my weight loss community for sharing encouraging and educating
