3 days of being back in the groove, 3 pounds down. Yay!! Weighing and measuring food, writing, counting calories and planning ahead. Getting out and moving more, too. 19 pound loss now. First goal was January to June. Now August 15 till December 15. The weight did not come off as fast as I had hoped but it came off. Would love to hit my 50 pound goal by the 15th.. my birthday, but don't want to be disappointed if I don't so I will go for 40, but still hoping for the 50. Love seeing all the food pictures, am still working on how to post mine. Seems I cant get the sizing right. Will keep trying.
