Not happy with the one pound loss today and I didn't lose any inches this week. Jim lost 3 more pounds.

To top it all off we are going for Chinese tonight and I don't know what the carb values are on foods I eat there so I guess I'm gonna fail on my goal challenge for the day unless anyone knows the values on the following items. I wish FS had a going out guide for people like me.

I know the chicken,beef and shrimp are free.

Broccoli I can estimate a cup.

Stuffed mushrooms and egg plant I'm unsure of.

I won't eat the egg rolls or the cream cheese raccoons.

You can easily look up carbs on other sites for Chinese food. Just google. And a one pound loss is amazing. Take out 4 sticks of butters and look at it. That is what a pound of fat that is off your body. Do the best you can tonight! Good luck and great job on loss.
