Finally had a drop on the scale after 3 whole weeks of sitting at 155lbs. I also lost almost an inch off my waist which was unexpected! Hope I can keep this going. My goal is to be under 150lbs by my bday October 4th but if I end up stalling for weeks again, forget it.
