🤷‍♀️ I’m done with guessing why any particular approach does or doesn’t work. Seems to be no direct or consistent link between either intermittent fasting or 3 day backpacking trips. Since I’m only 5 lbs away from my current goal though I’m considering starting to incorporate a few toning exercises now instead of waiting till the pure cardio of summer is over. That was always the next step anyway. (I know. I should have started sooner. But I didn’t so here I am with only now in front of me.)

I agree. There seems to be no logic sometimes. I look at all these theories and yeah who knows. I have concluded the body does what it does and am trying to be happy with that. Happy toning.
