Day 4: Worked out my abs, thighs and lower back(Sir Arthritis has returned). Then I'm off to clean a house(not mine...of course), then working on a deck. My home for dinner then off to bowling(someone call me lazy...I dare them😂😂😂). Have a healthy day 🙋
