I hope everyone has had a very Merry Christmas! I have had a chance to log my weight using my phone but have not had a chance to get on my computer and log on to fatsecret so I can read your journals and comment on them. Been busy with the holidays and slowly unpacking my things in my new house. I hope I can be a regular the start of the new year. I am setting small weight goals 5-10 pounds at a time because it does not overwhelm me and makes me happy when I achieve a goal, even it is small. I eventually want to get to a little under 140 pounds. I hope everyone has a happy and safe New Year!
