I started keeping track of my WW points on Monday and did that every day the rest of the week. I lost 1.8 lbs since then, so I'm thrilled. I think I'm also going to do a weigh in on Monday too since that's when I weighed last week. This next week I'm going to try and incorporate exercise into my routine. And I will have more of a schedule this week because I am working two PT jobs and have to be at one at 7am. My goal is to get up and do everything and walk the dogs before I leave for work! So we'll see if that happens. Then I'd like to do a Turbo Jam I think in the evening. I'm excited about getting into a regular routine again.
