My husband just lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks by skipping all desserts and snacks and increasing his exercising. He looks great. He's a great encourager, but sitting at my computer for hours on end while studying doesn't help me much. I really need to get back on the Curves program and get going again. It's another 2 years before I finish my program while working at the same time.
