I don’t have an explanation for this. I must be retaining water. I’ve been struggling mentally with this process and this really doesn’t help. I’ll just keep pushing forward but damn.

It is hard when the scale goes the other way for no good reason. But it does sometimes. In the summer we may bloat more due to the weather or hormones are doing something. hang in there. It will flush out again
